Scores of Palestinians killed, injured on 109th day of Israeli aggression on Gaza

Gaza: Dozens of Palestinians were killed and injured as a result of the Israeli occupation forces targeting the center of the Gaza Strip with flares last night and Tuesday dawn. The relentless aggression on Gaza has now persisted for 109 days.

According to Palestinian sources, Israeli aircraft bombed the tents of displaced individuals in Al-Mawasi, west of Khan Yunis in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, claiming the lives of several Palestinians and leaving dozens injured.

Reports indicated that a vehicle carrying displaced persons from Khan Yunis to central Gaza via the coastal road was also targeted, resulting in casualties. The injured were immediately transported to Al-Aqsa hospital.

Furthermore, the Dahnoun family’s house in Beit Lahia, situated in northern Gaza, was targeted by Israeli warplanes, leading to additional Palestinian casualties.

The occupation forces also launched intense artillery shelling in the vicinity of the Shati Camp, located west of Gaza City.

anes targeted Palestinians east of the city of Al-Wusta. The occupation forces also fired flares in the airspace of the central Gaza Strip, and artillery shelling targeted agricultural lands west of the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood.

The ongoing bombardment from the occupation boats persisted along the coastal strip of Gaza City and northern Gaza, exacerbating the suffering of the Palestinian population.

In a distressing development, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that Israeli artillery shelling targeted the fourth floor of the society’s headquarters in Khan Yunis. The attack coincided with heavy gunfire from Israeli marches, resulting in injuries to several displaced individuals.

The toll of this ongoing war continues to rise, with the number of martyrs since the start of the aggression against Gaza on October 7th reaching approximately 25,300, with 63,000 injured. Among the victims, the majority are women and children.

Thousands remain trapped under the rubble and on the roads, unreachable and
in dire need of assistance, as stated by the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.
