Sharjah Ruler forms Board of Trustees of University Hospital in Sharjah

SHARJAH: H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued Administrative Decision No. 15 of 2024 to establish the Board of Trustees of the University Hospital in Sharjah. According to the decision, the Board of Trustees of the University Hospital in Sharjah is formed, headed by Dr. Abdulaziz Saeed bin Butti Al Muhairi, Chairman of the Sharjah Health Authority. The members are: Amal Ahmed Al Qatari Al Suwaidi, Director of Sharjah Health Authority - Vice President; Dr. Khalifa Mohammed Al Saman Al Nuaimi, Executive Director of University Hospital Sharjah; Dr. Qutaiba Hamid, Vice Chancellor of the University of Sharjah for Medical Colleges and Health Sciences Affairs and Dean of the College of Medicine at the University of Sharjah; Dr. Hakam Yassin, Medical Director of University Hospital Sharjah; Omar Sayed Mohammed, Financial Advisor at the Central Finance Department of the Government of Sharjah; and Hashem Al Faki Abdullah Ahmed, Legal Advisor to Univers ity Hospital Sharjah, Rapporteur. The decision stipulates that the membership term in the board is three years, starting from the date of its formation, with the possibility of extension. The Council shall continue its work after the initial term until a new Council is formed, and members whose term has expired may be reappointed. Source: Emirates News Agency
