This event, part of the Life Skills track, will be held at the headquarters of the Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC) in Sharjah city under the slogan 'Serving the Community Is Leadership.'

According to Wam, the session, entitled 'Family and Emirati Values,' will emphasize the Emirati family's pivotal role as the foundation of individual development and the upbringing of future generations. It will focus on instilling traditional values and strengthening national identity through an interactive dialogue that will include members of both councils and representatives from government entities and relevant institutions.

The session will explore themes such as family cohesion, the transmission of cultural heritage, and the role of parents and elders in passing down Emirati values like Al Sana'a, and majlis etiquette. Discussions will also cover the cooperation between families and schools in fostering a positive educational environment that promotes community values and national identity.

The influence of digital content and social media on family relationships will be another key topic, including the need for informed and responsible use of modern technologies. The session will also address citizenship and community responsibility, encouraging participation in volunteering and community initiatives, and how these practices can reflect a sense of national belonging.

Involving 60 members of the Sharjah Children's Shura Council and 80 members of the Sharjah Youth Shura Council, the session aims to facilitate the exchange of perspectives and experiences and provide a platform for discussing challenges related to family, values, and national identity. This initiative underscores the Rubu' Qarn Foundation's commitment to empowering youth and children, enhancing their leadership skills, and fostering civic responsibility through public engagement.
