The Polytechnic holds a conference to announce the holding of the third annual conference of the Palestinian Student Fund Association

Hebron – Together – Palestine Polytechnic University announced its intention to hold the third annual conference of the Palestinian Student Fund Association in its campus during the period 7-8/05/2024. This came during a press conference that included a group of media professionals from news agencies and local radio stations, and in partnership with the Support Fund Association. Palestinian Students PSSF and the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education.

The conference was opened by Dr. Muhammad Abu Taha, Chairman of the Conference, welcoming the media guests and partners, defining the essence of the conference and its message of support for Palestinian students wherever they are, noting that the conference in its current session focuses its efforts on higher education institutions in Gaza and supporting students in order to obtain their right to education through initiatives and partnerships between institutions. Higher education and Palestinian entrepreneurs in Palestine and around the world.

hen, the President of the University, Dr. Mustafa Abu Al-Safa, welcomed the guests, and praised the efforts of the conference teams who seek to produce a conference worthy of serving Palestinian students wherever they are, and which reflects the unity of the Palestinian ranks in uniting efforts to overcome the difficult circumstances that the nation is going through in light of the fierce attack on the Gaza Strip. He also reviewed the efforts made by the university to accommodate students from the sector in the various academic program courses, explaining the difficulty of procedures and follow-ups on the one hand, and the desire to volunteer and provide assistance from university staff on the other hand.

In the intervention of the Minister of Education and Higher Education, Dr. Amjad Barham, he explained the difficulty of the current situation in the education and higher education sector in Palestine in general and in the Gaza Strip in particular, indicating that the Ministry and all its cadres are making e
very effort to advance this sector, and working to harness all capabilities to overcome the obstacles that hinder its development. And its growth. Regarding the conference, His Excellency stressed the measures taken by the Ministry to facilitate the absorption of students from the Gaza Strip by providing facilities to universities in the West Bank to accept students.

Under the slogan (We Can and Must Take Care of Our Own), members of the Board of Directors of the Palestinian Student Support Fund (PSSF), Ali Atta, Malek Al-Massaad, Khalil Khalil, Iyad Al-Tabakhi, Jamal Abdel-Jaber, Saleh Al-Sahouri, Akram Znayed, Khaled Al-Basti, and Ashraf Darwish, Basil Abu Shaaban, Ziad Farhan, and Muhammad Abdullah, spoke about the importance of uniting efforts for the members of Palestinian society in all their fields and locations to support Palestinian students to obtain their right to education wherever they are, pointing out that the advancement of Palestinian society is a national responsibility that stems from belo
