Speaker of the House of Representatives, Counselor Aguila Saleh, received today, Sunday, the Audit Bureau’s report for the year 2023.
This came during his meeting in his office today with the head of the Audit Bureau appointed by Parliament, Omar Abd Rabbo, to discuss the progress of work in the Bureau and the difficulties facing it, according to what was published by the Council’s spokesman, Abdullah Belhaq.
Saleh urged the head of the Audit Bureau and all the Bureau’s employees to perform their oversight duties assigned to them in accordance with the law in light of the exceptional circumstances that state institutions are going through, in a way that preserves the interests of the people by achieving the greatest degree of transparency, combating corruption, and monitoring the institutions and wealth of Libyans.
