Abu Dhabi:The Zayed Authority for People of Determination, in collaboration with the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA) Abu Dhabi, celebrated the graduation of seven individuals employed at the Authority's Bee Bakery. These graduates successfully completed a specialized training program focused on baking and pastry fundamentals, aimed at enhancing their professional skills and production capabilities.
According to Emirates News Agency, the program included practical training sessions and hands-on activities designed to equip participants with professional skills and techniques in line with industry standards. It was conducted under the guidance of Chef Ankit Rajak from ICCA Abu Dhabi and Chef Jassim Al Ali from the Zayed Authority for People of Determination. This initiative is part of the Authority's broader training, rehabilitation, and employment framework, which seeks to empower People of Determination through meaningful employment opportunities.
